Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 June 2026
These Terms govern your use of altari.ai. By using the Site, you agree to them. Paid engagements are governed by a separate signed services agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms for that work.
Who we are
This website (altari.ai, the “Site”) is operated by Altari L.L.C-FZ, a free zone company registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Altari”, “we”, “us”). Contact: hello@altari.ai.
Using the Site
By using the Site, you agree to:
- Use it only for lawful purposes and not in any way that harms the Site or others.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its systems, or private client areas.
- Not copy, scrape, resell, or republish our content without permission, except as allowed below.
Our content and intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, design, graphics, guides, templates, and branding — is owned by Altari or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Free resources we publish (such as downloadable guides and templates) are provided for your own personal and business use; you may not resell or redistribute them as your own.
Free resources, guides, and AI outputs
Guides, frameworks, templates, and any AI-generated content on or from the Site are provided for general information only. They are not professional, legal, financial, or tax advice, and results vary by business. AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete — review them before relying on them, and use your own judgment.
Services and proposals
Anything on the Site describing our services, pricing, or results is for information and does not constitute a binding offer. Any engagement is governed by a separate written services agreement signed by both parties, which sets out the actual scope, fees, and terms and takes precedence over these Terms for that work.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites and tools. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.
Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altari will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes
We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we'll revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
